INDIVIDUALIZED
LESSON PLANS: After students
have mastered their course in how to study independently,they
move at their own pace through customized, individual
lesson plans that focus only on the skills necessary to

NON-GRADED
& UN-GRADED: Students do not receive grades, as
everything is completed to a 100% level of understanding. Our
staff check students out individually, to have them demonstrate
that they have learned and understood the material, and can apply

RESPECTFUL
DICIPLINE: Our teachers work with students, rather
than use power, punishments or rewards to make them learn. Self-discipline
removes the need for external control. The state adopted "Assertive
Discipline" is not allowed in our schools. |

LIFE
SKILLS PROGRAM: Responsibility to ourselves, our group,
and our community is taught at the Montage Academy. Students check-in
each morning with the Administrative team demonstrate supply and
assignment preparedness, and to handle any prior group responsibilities
before going to class. |

ADVANCED
STUDIES: Our Individualized Curriculum Timeline provides
our students with 2 years of high school programs. This allows
them to go directly into Honors classes when they enter high school. |

ART
& MUSIC: Through our Art Program
provided by Fire & Friends
Z Art Studio, we provide the basic skills necessary for students to discover their own sense of
artistic creativity. Art projects and performances are shared with family every 8 weeks at evening Awards Ceremonies.
